Workshop Display

Quality control for steel structure building projects is carried out according to approved engineering drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. Particular attention is given to structural steel materials, long-span truss members, complex connection nodes, and roof structure components.

• Raw Material Inspection: Steel grades, material dimensions, and material certificates are checked against project requirements.
• Fabrication & Dimensional Inspection: Steel members, connection plates, bolt holes, and assembly dimensions are inspected to verify conformity with approved drawings.
• Welding Quality Control: Welding procedures and weld inspections are implemented according to project specifications, with non-destructive testing (NDT) performed where required.
• Connection Inspection: Bolted connections, connection components, and critical structural nodes are checked according to the specified inspection requirements.
• Surface Treatment Inspection: Surface preparation and anti-corrosion coating thickness are checked against the specified coating system. Fire-resistant coatings are inspected separately when included in the project scope.
• Pre-Shipment Inspection: Components are checked for identification marks, dimensional conformity, surface condition, and packing requirements before dispatch.

Relevant material certificates, inspection records, welding reports, and coating inspection documents can be provided according to the agreed project requirements.
