The Steel Structure Workshop is engineered for manufacturing facilities that require large unobstructed working areas, equipment integration, overhead lifting, and flexible production layouts. The structural system can be configured with steel columns, primary beams, crane runway beams, bracing members, and complete roof and wall enclosure systems to suit different industrial operations.

Key structural components are manufactured and pre-processed in our factory in China before being inspected, marked, and prepared for overseas shipment. The finished components can be supplied as coordinated knock-down kits, reducing fabrication work at the project site and making overseas assembly more efficient.

For projects involving heavy lifting, crane runway beams and critical welded components can undergo non-destructive testing (NDT) according to applicable project requirements. Each fabricated component is categorized and clearly marked against the component schedule, supporting efficient container loading, overseas transportation, and on-site installation.

For international projects, we provide shop drawings, component schedules, English installation manuals, and assembly guidance. Remote technical support is available throughout installation, while qualified projects can also receive on-site assistance from engineering personnel.
