The Steel Structure Warehouse provides a practical building solution for industrial storage, logistics operations, material distribution, and overseas warehousing projects. The structure is engineered around the customer's required storage area, building dimensions, loading conditions, and site environment.

Steel columns, beams, and connection components are fabricated and pre-processed at our manufacturing facility in China. Components are numbered according to the approved drawings and professionally prepared for overseas shipment, helping simplify identification and assembly after arrival at the project site.

A complete warehouse package can include the main steel frame, roofing and wall cladding, insulation, doors, ventilation, daylighting systems, and connection accessories. The configuration can be adjusted according to local climate, storage conditions, material handling requirements, and warehouse layout.

For overseas projects, steel components are manufactured through a standardized production process to maintain consistent quality and predictable production schedules. Ventilation openings, fire-protection provisions, daylighting systems, and other functional requirements can be incorporated into the design.

Before shipment, components are individually identified and protected with moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant export packaging for long-distance ocean transportation. We also provide assembly drawings, component lists, installation documentation, and remote technical guidance. On-site engineering support can be arranged for qualified overseas projects.

Steel materials are checked against project specifications and material requirements before entering production. Material grades such as Q235B and Q355B can be selected according to structural design requirements.

CNC and laser cutting equipment is used for accurate component processing. Steel columns, beams, connection plates, and other components are fabricated according to approved shop drawings.

Welding procedures are controlled according to project requirements. Welded components undergo dimensional and visual inspection to identify potential defects before subsequent processing.

Steel components are shot blasted for rust removal before anti-corrosion coating. Coating systems can be customized according to the warehouse environment and project requirements. Hot-dip galvanizing is also available for applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance.

Key dimensions, connection positions, bolt holes, and component interfaces are inspected before shipment to help ensure smooth assembly at the overseas project site.

Finished components are clearly marked and organized according to the component list. Moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant packaging is applied to protect steel components during long-distance ocean transportation.
